Welcome to Gold Training and Counselling Services Ltd, an exciting and innovative training company. Established for over ten years, our training schemes have received great acclaim from many very satisfied clients inlcuding health care professionals, social workers, teachers, voluntary organisations and charities. Our mission statement is: 'To provide professionally designed training which meets the clients expectations and which enhances competance and confidence. Counselling and supervision are delivered to the high standards of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.' All our company work is based upon the understanding that individuals have skills and are to be valued as an employee and as a person. |
Our training seeks to affirm individual skills and learning and is designed to enable growth of skills and confidence within a comfortable training environment. A great deal of thoughtful consideration is given to bespoke training needs so that clients are not given a training event that has been manufactured in the head of the trainer and then delivered. You may have noticed how little affirmation takes place in the work place and how many negative messages are given. What ever we do we seek to reverse that tidal flow.
